Mrs. Řezníčková (Lyrix) recommended the Color associations personally and after contacting DAP-Services and discussing with their representative Ing. Drastich I had an opportunity to test myself as individual. After discussing the results, I found that the HR products based on the Color Associations methodology match exactly our needs in simple diagnostics and further interventions of our key emploees carreer development. As soon we assess the situation and the individual better, there is a possibility od effective solution. We have started with a young talented group under 35 years of age and have discovered we have what we needed. For our employees this was a great opportunity to know themselves better which was considered as a company benefit. After such a success we decided to work with the diagnostics in our HR management on daily basis.
